Greg and Marlene share the same philosophies in terms of business values, customer focus and key supplier relationships. The Farmer Johns business growth under their leadership has been continual but considered. Steadily expanding customer services, the Farmer Johns business is now an envied participant in all primary production segments across the Central South Australian geographic. 
 

Although both have stepped back from the counter, Greg and Marlene are both still very much hands on in the overall management of the Farmer Johns business and still actively involved with the national independent retail group AgLink where Greg currently is a  board member.
